Miss Historic Jonesborough/Miss Johnson City

• Be a high school graduate or the equivalent by June 30th of the year you will compete in Miss Tennessee
• Have been a resident of Tennessee for at least 6 months
• Be a resident of or attend college in a Northeast Tennessee county east of and including Greene County
• Be no younger than 17 at the time of the local competition
• Be no older than 24 by the year you would compete in Miss America if you should become Miss Tennessee
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Have always been a female who has never married or have been pregnant
• Must sign and agree to the terms of the Miss America Contestant's Contract (Available on the Miss Tennessee Pageant Site at www.misstennessee.org)
• Register on the CMN Miss America Web Site and Raise $100.00 for the Children's Miracle Network Prior to competition.
• Complete the required entry paperwork available by e-mailing complete preliminary application to Elmer Harmon at: eghlucky@embarqmail.com. Downloadable Preliminary Application
• Mail in application along with a copy of your birth certificate and a recent Photo (4x6" @ 300dpi) to:

Miss Northeast Tennessee

• Be a high school graduate or the equivalent by June 30th of the year you will compete in Miss Tennessee

• Be no younger than 17 at the time of the local competition
• Be no older than 24 by the year you will compete at Miss Tennessee
• Be a U.S. Citizen
• Have always been a Female who has never married or have been pregnant
• Must sign and agree to the terms of the Miss America Contestant's Contract (Available on the Miss Tennessee Pageant Site at www.misstennessee.org)

It is the Policy of the Miss Historic Jonesborough/Miss Johnson City/Miss Northeast Tennessee Scholarship Pageant not to release reigning queens for other local preliminaries until the official end of their reign!
