 Lacy Alford, of Seymour Tennessee. She is a graduate of Sevier County High School. She is a junior at East Tennessee State University majoring in Interior Design. Her platform issue is "Early Education on Drinking and Driving." Lacy plans to receive her Master's Degree in Interior Design and hopes one day to have her own Interior Design firm.
